Benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda in corona period -
Yoga is a discipline of body and mind. yoga is a way of life, yoga is a discipline of life because it makes balance in our life. Yoga keeps us physically, mentally and intellectually fit. Yoga unites body and mind. Yoga balance our life and balance our overall development. Yoga improves our power and immunity. yoga makes strong our internal organs and body systems. In this corona virus period Yoga activities and use of Ayurveda is very helpful to us. Everyone can do yoga practices at their homes and lead a natural and healthy life. Use of Ayurveda and Yoga in your daily life makes you strong to fight against covid-19 and other diseases. And natural things like pure air, pure water, proper sunlight etc are very helpful to keep you fit and healthy. Simple living, your hard work and adjustment with the nature, make you most strong with body and mind.
There are some important things that you can do to save your life from diseases.-
1. Do 30 to 40 minutes yoga exercises daily, include Pranayam, meditation, yogasan and Surya Namaskar .
2. Do Jal Neti minimum once a week.
3. Drink minimum two glass of water (normal or luke warm) early in the morning.
4. Practice different yoga mudras to balance natural elements(Panch mahabhut) in your body.
5. Meditate and concentrate your mind on the seven chakras in your body to improve your internal energy.
6. Keep cleanliness and hygiene near your surroundings .
7. Be vegetarian and use natural fruits, vegetables, dry fruits and Juices in your life to protect yourself from Infections of different viruses and diseases.
8. Use Ayurveda products like- Chyavanprash, Natural Honey, Long, Kali Mirch ,Tulsi, Mulethi and Adarak etc in your daily life.
9. Use Ayurvedic kadha in the morning and evening.
10. Try to live stress free, remove depression, bring peace of mind, be positive, think positive and help the needy peoples.
