An ideal Teacher is a teacher who has many qualities, values ,knowledge, and also do his work with responsibility, honestly and sincerely. He always ready to sacrifice many things because many people follow him. Teacher is also a human being, he has many wishes and hobbies but sometimes he can't fulfill them, he always thinks people will see him to do this kind of act and never forgive him. The true and ideal Teacher does his work and present himself in front of society as a leader of society. Teacher is a social engineer. He construct valuable society. He transfer the values and culture into the new generation. He waters the plants (students) with his hard work and values (sanskars).
